Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer content creation, ad management, consulting, and AI optimization services. The specifics of any engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or invoice.
Payments and Fees
Service fees are due as agreed in your proposal. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta from your own ad account. Our fee is the management fee.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, information, and availability needed to deliver the work, including showing up for filming.
Intellectual Property
Content we create for you becomes yours once your invoices are paid in full.
Disclaimers
We work hard to deliver great results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from content or ads.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before any claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
