Delete your OW Media account

For the OW Media app and client portal by Oliver Wood Media. You can delete your account at any time, here or in the app. It happens right away.

In the app

Open the OW Media app, tap your account in the top corner, then Delete account, and confirm.

On the web

Sign in with the account you want to delete. You don't need the app. Signing in makes sure only you can delete your account.

What's deleted

  • Your login: name, email address and sign-in details
  • Your access to any client portal
  • Your activity in the app, such as which scripts you've opened
  • Your notification settings

What's kept

  • Invoices, payments and other business records, which we must keep for tax and accounting (up to 7 years)
  • Work made for your business, such as scripts, videos and Discovery answers. It belongs to your company's portal, not your login, and stays with the business unless you ask us to remove it too.

How long it takes
